2022 Laureus World Sports Awards honour individuals and teams from the world of sports along with sporting achievements throughout the year. Laureus was looking for a creative agency to develop the 2022 Awards look and feel, which would later be applied across all digital Awards brand outputs. 

We were tasked to develop the Berlin 2020 Awards identity, as it had outstanding responses and paved the way for a new look for the awards, that strays away from the traditional corporate feel.

Some graphic elements were derived from previous year’s awards to bring a sense of union and togetherness. We introduced grunge typography and paint splatter to reflect the rawness and dynamism of sports using colour palettes from Laureus World Sports Awards and Laureus Sports For Good. Even though the 2022 awards show was purely digital, we wanted to emulate the feeling of a live show by creating graphics on buildings and monuments.

The franchise which started as a film series, have now expanded into TV shows, video games, comic books and even theme parks. So today marks the Star Wars day where we appreciate and show love for George Lucas’ phenomenal creations.

These ‘mcillusion’ ads are a brilliant way to shine light on the McDonald’s menu.

Shot entirely in camera it uses reflections of the city street lights to replicate McDonald’s well known burgers and chips. This creative artwork has won a Wood Pencil in photography and press & outdoor at the D&AD awards last year.

They opened a new store in Ireland just across from their rivalry neighbour, Aldi and unveiled a poster reading “keep your friends close” next to a pair of giant binoculars. What a brilliant, fun and effective marketing.

Having played his last top flight tournament at Augusta in November 2020, Tiger Woods is set to make his remarkable comeback at Thursdays The Masters.

The tournament was the 15-time major champion’s maiden major success, with his 12-shot victory in 1997. To this day it still remains the largest winning margin in the history of The Masters. We are very much looking forward to seeing Tiger back on the course.
